ACFO @ FMI PD WEEK 2005

As has been tradition for many years, the ACFO had a booth at the 2005 FMI PD Week in Ottawa. Many members and non-members visited the booth, "manned" by headquarter staff, several Directors and the Chair. It was an excellent opportunity for the Association to meet with members and answer some questions in person, especially those regarding "hot topics" such as collective bargaining. The event was well-attended this year. Over the four days, approximately 2500 people attended. As well, the Association sponsored the FMI lunch on Thursday, November 24. Our Chair, Milt Isaacs, spoke a few words before the lunch started.
