Board of Directors Nomination

The four (4) vacant positions up for election at the April 24, 2008 AGM are:

Nominations are hereby invited. If you are interested in serving the membership of the Association you should:

1. Ensure that you are a fully paid-up regular member and meet the requirements of Article 6.4 of By-law Number 1 which requires the nominees for Chair to be a current member of the Board and must have held a position on the Board for one full term as was defined at the time of his/her election to fill that term and Directors to be members in good standing for a period of not less than two consecutive years.
   
   
2. Submit a written notification of your intentions, specifying the position applied for to:

   ACFO Nominations Committee,
   400-2725 Queensview Drive,
   Ottawa, ON  K2B 0A1

3. Have your application endorsed by two (2) other fully paid-up regular members; and
   
   
4. If you wish a summary of your background to be included in the voting package to assist members in voting, submit a photo and one page summary.

This information must reach the Committee no later than March 4, 2008 to allow for distribution of the voting packages.

All interested regular members are encouraged to apply for these positions.
