PRELIMINARY NOTICE - 2005 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)
March 7, 2005
In accordance with Article 9.13.1 of By-law Number 1, preliminary notice of the Sixteenth Annual General Meeting is hereby given. The AGM will take place:
Tuesday, May 24, 2005 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm,
Pinnacle Room, Crowne Plaza Ottawa,
101 Lyon Street, Ottawa, Ontario
All regular members are invited to submit resolutions and/or amendments to the By-laws for consideration by the membership at the AGM. To ensure that they are dealt with at the AGM, resolutions must be submitted to the National Office no less than forty (40) days prior to the AGM which is April 14, 2005.
If you would like to receive a copy of By-law Number 1, please contact the National Office and it will be mailed to you. If you have any questions or require assistance in submitting your Resolutions, please leave a message at the National Office and a member of the Board of Directors will contact you. Copies of the Annual Report, the Budget, Resolutions for consideration and Voting Procedures will be sent to each paid-up member prior to May 4, 2005.

In 2005, elections will be held for Chair and three directors.
