ARBITRATION UPDATE
September 20, 2002
The parties exchanged briefs on Tuesday, September 17, 2002 in preparation for the hearing scheduled for the 24th and 25th of September 2002. Due to the length and complexity of the brief, it is, at this time, currently anticipated that translation of the document will not be finalized until October 11, 2002. Once translated, the document will be posted in both official languages on the Association's web site. No release of the document will occur until translation is finalized. While recognizing the level of interest in the document and the results of the hearing itself, your understanding and patience is appreciated.
