BOARD OF DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
The one (1) vacant position up for election at the November 15, 2005 SGM is:
One Director - term expires April 2007
Nominations are hereby invited. If you are interested in serving the membership of the Association you should:
- Ensure that you are a fully paid-up regular member and meet the requirements of Article 6.4 of By-law Number 1 which requires the nominees for Director to be a member in good standing for a period of not less than two consecutive years.
- Submit a written notification of your intentions to:

- Have your application endorsed by two (2) other fully paid-up regular members; and
- If you wish a summary of your background to be included in the voting package to assist members in voting, submit a photo and one page summary.
This information must reach the Committee no later than October 21, 2005 to allow for distribution of the voting packages.
All interested regular members are encouraged to try for this position.
