COLLECTIVE BARGAINING UPDATE - Nav Canada
June 10, 2002
The Nav Canada collective bargaining team was approved by the APSFA Board of Directors at its May 30, 2002 meeting. The team will consist of:
Gene Szabo
Leo Maisonneuve
Neil Blacher
Notice to bargain was formally given to Nav Canada on June 5, 2002. The team will be meeting in the near future to finalize the bargaining proposals for changes to the collective agreement and an appropriate economic increase which recognizes the professional contributions members have made towards Nav Canada operations. This will be particularly significant in light of APSFA's contribution towards the company's mitigation plan.
