PROPOSALS AND UPDATE ON PUBLIC SERVICE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING

The Association's negotiating team met with the Employer's negotiating team on February 21st and discussed the bargaining proposals presented by both parties. The Employer's negotiator is Carl Trottier from the Treasury Board Secretariat. His team includes two executives from the Finance Community - Yvon Gravel of PWGSC and Manon Fillion of SDC.
The next round of negotiations is tentatively scheduled for April 18, 23, 24 and 25.

Please note that the Employer at this time did not provide the Association with Appendix A referring to the Financial Management Rates of Pay. We will post it as soon as it is made available to us.
