NEW FI SELECTION STANDARD
On July 12, 2004, the Public Service Commission announced the new selection standard for the FI group to Heads of Personel who in turn announced it to employees and was posted to the Publiserv network. This was done without prior notice being given to the Association. It should be noted that the Association does not have access to the Government's Publiservice Network and our first notification was from members that this was taking place.
We are analysing the changes from the previous standard, looking at the possible interpretations and will put our analysis on the web page early next week.
