PRELIMINARY NOTICE - 2005 SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING (SGM)
In accordance with Article 9.12.1 of By-law Number 1, preliminary notice of a Special General Meeting for election of one (1) Director is hereby given. The SGM will take place:
